wasted leave!
@#$%#@$@!#%took 5 day leave to study for my exam and guess what? i actually fell ill on the 1st day of my leave! had diarrhoea and abd pain and fever and headache. wah lau.. 人算不如天算！ If i know earlier i should take mc instead. and according to my admin clerk, we have unlimited number of mc! hopefully i can recover soon else defeat the purpose of taking the leave.
and while i hope to dissociate myself from work completely during this period; unfortunately this was not the case.. i still receive calls and smses regarding work! well not that i really mind, after all i don't wish to leave my work for others to complete during my absence (and indeed i do have some incomplete tasks..), but too much of these become an impedence to my progress!
but then again, we shouldn't be indispensable.. and this should be the way in most occupations. anyway, i have decided to screen all my calls from now onwards hahah..so if i didn't pick up the phone nowadays, sorry =)
