Clear-out
7 days time and i will be back to the army camp.7 days time and i will finish my current clinical posting.
7 years have passed since i last wore my army no.4 and now i have to start digging out when i have kept all my stuff.
After been disrupted for 7 years, i dun really have desire to go back to military life but then i dun really have much choice. To search all my stuff was tough - my uniform, T-shirts, bag, helmet, boots, socks, field camp tins, water-bottles, rope, SBO, etc... i dun even know whether i have missed out anything or not. But thanks to my mum who managed to keep everything tidy and in-place in the store room so i dun have too much trouble=)
While i was going through the items in the store-room, i was astonished to see some of my secondary school and JC materials there! Must have accidentally left behind during the last pack years ago. Looking through them, hmm.. realised that we were all quite brillant then! We learnt very cheem stuff then. Imagine knowing the formula for finding centripedal force and differentiate logarithm functions, memorising Macbeth... I can't imagine how i have been through those days!
Then i found my sec 3-4 chemistry and maths tuition materials (gave tuition during my medical school years). Was still contemplating whether i should dump all these, in case i suddenly want to give tuition again. But then again, i dun think so la.. quite miserably paid; and if i am really very free subsequently, i should 1) study for exams 2) locum around 3) sleep.
I kept one of my sec4 maths files (the one which contains my best test results heh..) eventually and threw the rest away. To remind me of the good times.
